I feel like the value of this investment was above and beyond! There was so much value with the modules, group calls, and individual calls. Loved them all, but the Module about Living for Christ and the Narrative really freed me and allowed me to see just how limiting my beliefs really were and how those were keeping me stuck. Seeing myself through God's Narrative gave me so much peace, hope, and comfort in His promises. I absolutely loved everything about this program!! You can tell how much care, thought, time, and effort went into creating this!

I created this Mentorship because of the profound healing me and my clients experienced after leaving it all at the feet of Jesus.

I am no stranger to the rollercoaster of emotions when it comes to healing. I spent the last decade overcoming anxiety, depression, toxic trauma patterns, sinful habits, as well as chronic constipation, GI issues, and hormone imbalances.

It wasn't until I stopped forcing my healing and surrendered it all to the cross, that I realized so much of what we're looking for can be found in the quietness of His presence.

His wisdom helped me to pivot my approach--moving away from strict regimens and protocols to a more innate form of healing with Christ.

Cultivating peace from within. Regulating with God. Stewarding the body. Forgiving the past. Creating homeostasis from the inside out.

Working with Kelsey has been a true gift! She has helped me overcome my limiting beliefs and see my value and worth in Christ. I am not constantly focusing on my symptoms and seeking a quick fix in the moment, but am focusing more on being a faithful steward of all that God has given to me. That in itself has helped me feel better mentally, physically, and spiritually, and has allowed me to see that God has already given me all that I need. Labs are currently offered separately from your registration at a discounted rate. Please contact Kelsey at kc@kelseychen.com for more details on lab testing needs.
If I cannot make a call, will there be a replay?
Yes! All of our sessions will be recorded and uploaded into a specific thread where you can access all of our previous calls.
How often will we be meeting?
We have bi-weekly coaching calls + the 1x monthly Emotional Release Session. If you cannot make a call, you can always go back and watch the replay.
When and where will we be meeting?
We meet on Wednesdays at 12pm EST time on Zoom. You will be sent the Zoom link invitation once you register!
I also have some concerns regarding my hormones, will this Mentorship help?
Although this Mentorship is tailored to gut health and the nervous system, much of the content and processes we will go through will also cross over to hormone health as well. This is because of how intricately connected the gut and nervous system is with the endocrine system--which is why we decided to dedicate this container to helping you improve the foundations of health! *All of my hormone health clients begin here too :)
